My wife and I were planning on purchasing our first home together, we had no idea where to begin- so we did what was logical, find out what we could get pre approved for.
We were referred to Scott at AMH by a friend, so we gave him a call. Scott was fantastic, he walked us through the whole process, literally making it as simple as possible, because lets be honest, the paperwork is a nightmare!
Step by step, he was there to answer all our questions, no matter how lame they may have been to him.
Overall, the process was fairly painless (with the exception of closing which is not his fault lol) and I give him 5 stars all day long. Very professional, and keeps his clients needs in mind, I would highly recommend giving Scott a call if your looking to buy a home!!

Scott is a seasoned, effective loan officer. He knows his business. He is a hard working, honest and forthright professional. Scott has guided us thru 2 home loan processes, both of which had their share of unique challenges due to our situations. In both cases he was able to find creative ways to accomplish our goals, where I believe a less experienced, less competent loan officer would have struggled to deliver.
